1. Definitions and Interpretation

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Capacity

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use sas4d services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to be held by minors will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

sas4d primarily serves residents of Indonesia. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and when using our services. You acknowledge that online gambling exists in a legal grey area in Indonesia, and you are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our platform complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Registration Process

To create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You must complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a copy of your Indonesian identity card (KTP) or other government-issued identification before making your first withdrawal. 2.4 One Account Per Person

You are permitted to hold only one account with sas4d. 2.5 Restricted Persons

The following persons are prohibited from opening accounts or using sas4d services: employees of sas4d or its affiliates, immediate family members of sas4d employees, professional athletes or officials participating in events on which we offer betting markets, and persons previously banned or self-excluded from our platform. If you fall into any restricted category, you must not register or use our services.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Password and Login Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you, and you will be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain password security.

3.2 Account Activity Monitoring

You agree to monitor your account activity regularly and report any unauthorized transactions or security breaches to sas4d customer support immediately. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account access if you fail to notify us promptly of suspicious activity.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information provided to sas4d remains accurate and up-to-date. If your contact details, address, or other personal information changes, you must update your account profile promptly. We are not responsible for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated account information.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

sas4d accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) and popular e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Minimum deposit amounts are Rp 50.000 for bank transfers and Rp 25.000 for e-wallet transactions.

4.2 Deposit Processing Times

Bank transfer deposits submitted during Indonesian banking hours (Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:00 WIB) are typically processed within 5 minutes. Deposits submitted outside banking hours may take up to 24 hours to confirm. E-wallet deposits are processed instantly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays.

4.3 Deposit Fees

sas4d does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and not refundable by sas4d.

4.4 Source of Funds

All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. We do not accept third-party payments. You confirm that all funds deposited to your sas4d account are obtained legally and do not originate from criminal activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing. We reserve the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds at any time.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, you must have completed KYC verification by submitting valid identification documents. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your sas4d account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission. First-time withdrawals may require additional security checks and take 48-72 hours to process. Once approved, funds are transferred to your designated Indonesian bank account or e-wallet. Bank transfer processing times are typically 1-3 business days depending on your bank.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though we reserve the right to process large withdrawals (exceeding Rp 100.000.000) in multiple installments for security and anti-money laundering compliance.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x turnover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This policy prevents sas4d from being used as a payment processing service. Funds obtained through bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements as detailed in Section 7.

5.5 Withdrawal Restrictions

sas4d reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, breach of terms, or failure to complete required verification procedures. In such cases, we will contact you to request additional information or documentation before processing your withdrawal.

6. Betting Rules and Market Settlement

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by sas4d. We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, arbitrage betting, or if the bet is placed at obviously incorrect odds due to system error. Once a bet is confirmed in your account history, it is considered accepted and cannot be canceled.

6.2 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., BRI Liga 1 official standings, English Premier League results, FIFA World Cup outcomes). Settlement times vary by sport and event. Most football matches are settled within 30 minutes of the final whistle. In cases of disputed or overturned results, sas4d will follow the official ruling of the sport's governing authority.

6.3 Abandoned and Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or does not take place as scheduled, bet settlement depends on the specific sport's rules. Generally, if a football match is abandoned before 90 minutes are completed, all bets are void and stakes refunded, unless the match is replayed within 48 hours. Check individual sport rules in our betting guidelines for specific abandonment policies.

6.4 Live Betting

Live (in-play) betting is subject to inherent delays between real-time events and odds updates on our platform. While we strive to minimize delay, you acknowledge that odds may change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is confirmed. Bets placed after an event has concluded (e.g., after a goal is scored but before our system reflects it) are void.

6.5 Casino Game Rules

All casino games (slots, blackjack, roulette, baccarat, etc.) are subject to their individual game rules as provided by the software supplier. 8. Prohibited Activities and Fair Use

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sas4d platform:

• Fraudulent Activity: Any form of fraud, deception, or misrepresentation including using stolen payment methods, providing false identity documents, or manipulating game outcomes.
• Collusion and Match-Fixing: Coordinating with other users to gain unfair advantage, or placing bets on events where you have insider information about fixed or manipulated outcomes.
• Automated Betting (Bots): Using automated scripts, bots, or third-party software to place bets or play games. All betting must be manual and initiated by human users.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting odds discrepancies between different bookmakers or markets to guarantee profit regardless of outcome. While not illegal, this is considered unfair use and may result in account restrictions.
• Money Laundering: Using sas4d to launder funds obtained from criminal activity or to process third-party payments. We comply fully with anti-money laundering regulations and report suspicious activity to authorities.
• Underage Gambling: Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access your account or place bets using your credentials.

Engagement in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 Service Availability

sas4d strives to provide continuous service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from service downtime, maintenance, technical malfunctions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure events, internet outages, server failures, DDoS attacks).

9.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of obvious errors (e.g., odds displayed as 1000.00 instead of 1.10, incorrect game payouts due to software malfunction), sas4d reserves the right to void affected bets and correct account balances. We will always act reasonably and in good faith when determining whether an error has occurred.

9.3 Financial Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, sas4d's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you deposited to your account in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

9.4 Third-Party Providers

Casino games and live dealer services are provided by third-party software suppliers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, etc.). While we partner only with reputable, licensed providers, sas4d is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or disputes arising from third-party game content.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

sas4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach these Terms & Conditions, engage in prohibited activities, or if we suspect fraudulent or illegal activity. In such cases, we may withhold funds pending investigation.

10.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after fulfillment of wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered bank account within 7 business days.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

If you wish to self-exclude due to problem gambling concerns, please refer to our Responsible Gaming policy. Self-exclusion is permanent and cannot be reversed. We will not permit you to create new accounts following self-exclusion.

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

sas4d reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Continued use of the platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree with changes, you must cease using our services and close your account.
